1. Exhibitor Area

How do I access my Exhibitor Area? Fermer

Access codes to your exhibitor area will no longer be sent to you by email.

To connect to your exhibitor area, you must request for a password using the main contact email address (declared on your registration form) and click on “forgot password”. You will then receive an email with a link to obtain your password.

2. Exhibitor Registration

You want to register for Milipol Qatar 2021 Fermer

Please go to the online Milipol Qatar exhibitor registration platform to make a quotation and book your stand. You can also contact directly our Sales team at [email protected].

Co-exhibitor and/or represented companies: You want to register your partners for Milipol Qatar 2021: Fermer

Please log into your exhibitor area and go to the online store in the section “partners registration”. You will then be able to order as many partner packs (registration fees – one per partner) as you need. You can also contact directly our Sales team at [email protected].

Once you’ve order your partner packs, go to the section "Partners" and click on "Declare partners". You will then be able to register them to participate to the exhibition.

3. Badges

How many exhibitor badges am I entitled to? Fermer

The quota of badges allocated is of 4 badges per 12 sq. m for the exhibitors and pavilions. However, the badge allowance co-exhibitors is of 4 badges.

How do I create and retrieve my exhibitor badges? Fermer

From your exhibitor area, click on the button “Exhibitors badges / VIP Exhibitors badges and invitation” to register and download your badges.

Please note that once downloaded, a badge cannot be modified and is set on your quota.

How do I order service badges for my suppliers? Fermer

From your exhibitor area, click on the button “Exhibitors badges / VIP Exhibitors badges and invitation”, then on “Service badges” to register suppliers’ badges.

4. Invitations

How to get invitations for my guests? Fermer

From your exhibitor area, click on the button “Exhibitors badges / VIP Exhibitors badges and invitation”, then on “invitations” to find your dedicated digital invitation code. You just need to copy/paste the code in your communications to your clients, and it is illimited!

5. Communication & Catalogue

How to register in the Catalogue? Fermer

From your exhibitor area, please go to the section “Communication”, then click on “Catalogue registration” to fill in your information (as soon as you have paid the first deposit).

Where can I find the communication tools available for Milipol Qatar? Fermer

Please visit our website, section “exhibit”, then “Exhibitor Communication Tools” to browse our offer. You can also directly contact our partner J2C Communication at [email protected] to order a tool.

6. Orders & Invoices

I have not received my invoice Fermer

You can find it in your exhibitor area, in the section "Financial Zone”. Click on “Invoices & Payments" once uploaded by our invoicing department.

Where to consult my orders? Fermer

From your exhibitor area, in the section "Financial Zone”. Click on “Ordered items” to consult all your orders.

7. Booth & Equipment

Where can I find all regulations & conditions (architectural, specific equipment, etc.)? Fermer

You can find the rules and conditions in the Exhibitor guide available in your exhibitor area, in the section "Useful Info".

Bare / Equipped stand: Who do I send my layout to? Fermer

If you have a bare stand, you MUST send your design plan to our partner DECOPLUS – [email protected] .

If you have an equipped stand, our service provider will contact you directly once your location is approved.

How do I declare a decorator? Fermer

The decorators' declaration can be made through your exhibitor area, under "My account" then "My decorators".

How do I order booth equipment, technical services, etc.? Fermer

You can order your equipment from your exhibitor area, in the section "Useful Info", using the different forms.

Where should I have my equipment delivered? Fermer

Your freight forwarder or the following address if delivering by your own means: Doha Exhibition & Convention Center Westbay, Next to City Center Mall

8. Build-up & Dismantling

What are the build-up and dismantling dates? Fermer

Dates and times of build-up and dismantling are detailed in the Exhibitor guide available in your exhibitor area.

How can I order Build-up / dismantling badges for my service providers? Fermer

Badges are not mandatory for the build-up / dismantling periods. Specific opening hours are detailed in the Exhibitor guide in your exhibitor area.

9. Practical info & Access to the DECC

When and where will Milipol Qatar 2021 take place? Fermer

The next edition of Milipol Qatar, the international event for homeland security and civil defence will take place from 15 to 17 March 2021 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, Halls 1-2-3.

The DECC is located in "West Bay" at the heart of the Doha's business district.

What are the opening hours for Milipol Qatar 2021? Fermer

For visitors, the event will open its doors:

  • Monday 15 March: 10.00am – 6.00pm
  • Tuesday 16 March: 10.00am – 6.00pm
  • Wednesday 17 March: 10.00am – 5.00pm

Exhibitors benefit from specific opening hours during the event and in the build-up / dismantling periods. Consult the Exhibitor guide in your Exhibitor Area.

How can I get to the DECC? Fermer

There are multiple ways to come to the DECC: by taxi, by private car (a car park is available at the DECC), by bus (Route 777) or Metro (Red Line – DECC Metro Station).

Are there any preferential rates for Milipol Qatar exhibitors’ flight and hotel? Fermer

A selection of hotels with privileged prices is published on the website. Regarding flight discounts, due to the difficult period for air transportation, discounts are not available at the moment.

Can I invite people to the event? Fermer

People can register for free to attend Milipol Qatar 2021.

Please note that the event is strictly reserved for professionals, and minors under 16 are not allowed.
